Pyxis Finvest Limited has set the cut-off date for its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, as informed to the BSE Limited. The company noted that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain open as it will not be considering declaration of dividend, issue of right or bonus shares, issue of shares for conversion of debentures, shares arising out of rights attached to debentures, or corporate actions like mergers, de-mergers, splits, etc.
