IND AGIV COMMERCE LIMITED schedules AGM for September 30, 2026, via video conference

Multiple Advanced Audio-Visual Solutions IND AGIV COMMERCE LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the schedule for the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Mean, and appointed CS Alifya Sapatwala of Mehta & Mehta as the scrutinizer for the meeting. The company also fixed September 4, 2026, as the record date for the annual report, Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the cutoff date for dispatch of the annual report, and September 27, 2026, to September 29, 2026, as the e-voting period for the AGM.
