IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and the company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, with Tuesday, September 22, 2026, set as the record date for the purpose of paying a final dividend.
