ASM Technologies plans equity share issuance, seeking shareholder approval via EGM

ASM Technologies Limited will convene a board meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to consider a proposal for the issuance of equity shares or warrants via a preferential allotment to investors, in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and the Companies Act, 2013, and will seek shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting for the fund raising.
