Jubilant Agri shareholders approved a demeger scheme ordered by the National Company Law Tribunal

Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited convened a meeting of its equity shareholders on September 5, 2026, to approve a Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger with Jubilant Agri Solutions Limited, as per an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, dated July 08, 2026; a total of 47 shareholders attended the meeting, either in person, through authorized representatives, or by proxy, and the proceedings included remote e-voting and poll, with the combined results to be announced on the websites of the Bombay Stock Exchange (www.bseindia.com) and the National Stock Exchange (www.nseindia.com) as well as the company’s website (www.jacpl.co.in).
