SBEC Systems closes share transfer books September 19-29 for its Annual General Meeting

SBEC Systems (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 19, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026, with a cut-off date for e-voting eligibility of September 22, 2026.
