MSL Global Limited appoints Isha Ajay Sekhri as director for a five-year term

MSL Global Limited, formerly known as Madhusudan Securities Limited, announced the appointment of Ms. Isha Ajay Sekhri (DIN: 06442292) as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 5, 2026, for a term of five years subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting.
