Standard Shoe Sole approves director's report, schedules AGM for September 30, 2026

Standard Shoe Sole And Mould (India) Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the director’s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and fixed September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for the 50th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026. The company also re-appointed Aniket & Co., Chartered Accountants as its internal auditor for the fiscal year 2026-2027.
