Achyut Healthcare reappoints Jigen Modi as Managing Director for five years

Achyut Healthcare Limited announced that its board approved the reappointment of Jigen J. Modi as Managing Director for a further period of 5 years, effective November 1, 2026, with a monthly remuneration of up to Rs 50,000. The board also approved the reappointment of Sonu Lalitkumar Jain and Rutvik Sanjaykumar Thakkar as Non-Executive Independent Directors for another 5 years, commencing November 1, 2026, with a sitting fee of up to Rs 50,000 per month. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting, scheduled for September 29, 2026.
