Asston Pharmaceuticals appoints Yash A. Jain & Panchal S K as auditors, effective September 4, 2026

Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited, formerly Asston Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, announced the appointment of M/s Yash A. Jain & Associates as Internal Auditor and M/s Panchal S K & Associates as Statutory Auditors, both effective September 4, 2026, following a board meeting. The board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Ashish Narayan Sakalkar as Managing Director and approved proposed increases in remuneration for Mr. Sakalkar, Mrs. Saili Jayaram More (Whole-time Director and CEO), and Mr. Sachin Chandrakant Badakh (Non-Executive Director), all subject to member approval.
