Chothani Foods appoints auditors, schedules AGM, and reappoints key directors for 2026-27

Chothani Foods Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The board also fixed the date for the 13th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, and reappointed Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as an Independent Director for a five-year term starting April 19, 2027, and reappointed Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director and Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Whole Time Director, both for five-year terms commencing March 9, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
