Shashwat Furnishing Solutions appoints five directors, including Sweta Duggar, for five years

Shashwat Furnishing Solutions Limited announced several board changes effective September 4, 2026, including the appointments of Mrs. Sweta Duggar, Mr. Jagdish Jangid, Mr. Adesh Bhansali, Mr. Praveen Kumar Bokariya, and Mr. Neelabh Gotecha as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, each for a five-year term concluding September 4, 2031. Simultaneously, Mr. Adesh Bhansali, Mr. Praveen Kumar Bokariya, and Mr. Neelabh Gotecha completed their tenures as Independent Directors. Mrs. Duggar brings expertise in corporate law and governance from Tirupati Lease Limited, while Mr. Jangid is a Chartered Accountant with experience in government projects. Hitesh Karnawat remains Chairman & Managing Director. The company disclosed that none of the newly appointed directors are related to existing directors or key managerial personnel.
