One Global Service Provider Limited acquires stakes in Matrix Labs via share allotment totaling Rs. 3,56,35,320

One Global Service Provider Limited is undertaking a preferential allotment of 7,15,040 equity shares at a price of Rs. 553 per share to investors Mr. Suresh and Mr. Nithya S., acquiring stakes in Matrix Labs Diagnocare Private Limited (MLDPL) and Matrix Labs Private Limited (MLPL). Mr. Suresh will hold a 95% stake in MLDPL and 70% in MLPL post-allotment, while Mr. Nithya will hold 5% in MLDPL and 0.24% in the company overall. The total consideration for the acquisitions amounts to Rs. 3,56,35,320 for both companies.
