GACM Technologies to convene a board meeting regarding a preferential share issue for WEXL EDU Limited

GACM Technologies Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, September 08, 2026, to consider and approve a revised list of proposed allottees and the number of Equity Shares to be allotted on a preferential issue basis in exchange for the acquisition of a stake in WEXL EDU Limited, subject to applicable statutory and regulatory approvals.
