Pashupati Cotspin Limited appointed Nisarg Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Pashupati Cotspin Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also announced that it will convene its 9th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
