RBL Bank plans to establish a Euro Medium Term Note Programme for foreign currency bond issuance

RBL Bank Limited will hold a board meeting on September 7, 2026, to consider and approve the establishment of a Euro Medium Term Note Programme in accordance with Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933, and to enable the future issuance of foreign currency bonds or notes through the programme, which will not be offered or sold to investors in India.
