Polymac Thermoformers Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Abhay Kumar Pathak, Proprietor of A.K. Pathak & Co., Practicing Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, effective September 2, 2026.
