ICICI Lombard General Insurance allotted shares under employee stock option schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 4,212 equity shares of Rs 10 each on September 2, 2026, under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 and the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme - 2023, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
