Shrikrishna DEVCON LIMITED’s board re-appointed Sunil Kumar Jain as Managing Director for three years

Shrikrishna DEVCON LIMITED announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Sunil Kumar Jain as Managing Director for another three years, effective November 1, 2026, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and the continuation of Naveen Kumar Jain as Executive Director for a similar period, also pending member approval. The company further announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting will be held on September 29, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, with a register closure from September 23 to September 29, 2026, and e-voting facilities available between September 26 and September 28, 2026, overseen by scrutinizer CS Balkrishan Pradhan.
