BlueStone Jewellery allotted shares to employees under its 2014 Employee Stock Option Plan

BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited announced the allotment of 29,305 equity shares to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2014, increasing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 15,27,49,400 (15,27,49,400 shares) to Rs 15,27,78,705 (15,27,78,705 shares). The allotment was approved by the company's board on September 2, 2026, and the exercise price per share was Re. 1.
