Him Teknoforge Limited closes trading window ahead of dividend recommendation

Him Teknoforge Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from September 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board of directors recommends the dividend for the financial year 2025-26, with the date of the board meeting to be announced later.
