Smaart Tech Services Limited, formerly known as Sharp India Limited, announced the appointment of M/s V A Dudhedia & Co as Statutory Auditors, effective August 31, 2026, to fill a casual vacancy and for a further term of five years subject to shareholder approval, while also appointing Ms. Priyanka Patil as Internal Auditor, also effective August 31, 2026. The company’s 41st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, with August 28, 2026, designated as the cut-off date for determining voting eligibility.
