Anand Rayons Limited's authorized capital increases by Rs 10 crore, directors re-appointed

Anand Rayons Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the company’s authorized capital by Rs 10 crore at a meeting held on August 31, 2026, and also re-appointed Mr. Anil Merchant and Mr. Pankesh Patel as Independent Directors for a second term of 5 years, Mr. Anand Bakshi as Managing Director for 2 years, and Mrs. Shilpa Anand Bakshi as a Wholetime Director for 2 years.
