Ahmedabad Steelcraft Limited re-appointed Rohit Pandey as director ahead of September AGM

Ahmedabad Steelcraft Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Rohit Pandey as director liable to retire by rotation at the 54th Annual General Meeting. The company will hold its 54th AGM on September 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. via video conferencing/other audio-visual means, and appointed Nisarg Sharma & Associates as the scrutinizer for the meeting. Additionally, the board approved the Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and set a book closure period from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026.
