HDFC Bank allotted shares to employees via stock options, boosting share capital

HDFC Bank Limited announced today the allotment of 30,58,164 equity shares to employees through the exercise of options and Restricted Stock Units under its Employees Stock Options Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 15,41,11,20,898 to Rs 15,41,41,79,062.
