IIRM Holdings converts Rs 34.78 crore loan, allots shares in IIRM Global subsidiary

IIRM Holdings India Limited announced the allotment of 29,98,385 equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, IIRM Global Shared Services Private Limited, to IIRM Holdings India Limited, following the conversion of an existing unsecured loan of Rs 34.78 crore. The shares were issued at a price of Rs 116 per share, comprising a face value of Rs 5 and a securities premium of Rs 111, effectively reducing the outstanding loan and increasing the company's investment in IIRM Global, which continues to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
