Delphi World Money re-appoints Hariprasad Meenoth Panichikkil as Whole-Time Director for five years

Delphi World Money Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hariprasad Meenoth Panichikkil as Whole-Time Director for a further period of five years, effective February 11, 2027, up to February 10, 2032, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, via video conferencing, and also appointed Mr. Rahul Khadriya of SRC & Co. as the scrutinizer for the meeting. The company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 23, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
