Tanla Platforms closes trading window for insiders ahead of Q2 financial results

Tanla Platforms Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from September 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
