Meera Industries appoints Het Desai as Executive Director for five years, effective August 2026

Meera Industries Limited announced that Mr. Mayank Desai resigned from his position as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, effective August 31, 2026, and the company’s board appointed Mr. Het Desai as an Additional Director, designated as Executive Director (Whole-time Director), for a period of five years, starting August 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 20th Annual General Meeting.
