Sigma Solve Limited announced a Rs 0.50 per share dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2026

Sigma Solve Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share, representing 50% of the face value of Rs 1, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners on September 16, 2026, subject to member approval.
