Misun Pure Lights leads open offer for Ishaaan Infrastructures, triggering promoter change

A group of acquirers, including Misun Pure Lights Private Limited, Ravi Prakash Bothra, and Vaaibhav Bothrra, is making an open offer to purchase shares of Ishaaan Infrastructures and Shelters Limited, triggering a change in company promoters. The offer, being managed by Novus Capital Advisors Private Limited, follows a preferential allotment of shares to the acquirers, who will collectively hold a 50.54% stake post-acquisition, with PACs holding an additional 9.50%. Ishaaan Infrastructures and Shelters Limited, listed on the BSE Limited with a current share base of 64,74,600, is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Detailed Public Statement (DPS) outlining the offer price and other specifics will be published on or before September 4, 2026, and the acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals but will not result in delisting.
