Vashu Bhagnani Industries’ subsidiary will invest up to GBP 4.4 million in Puja Casa A Limited

Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited, formerly Pooja Entertainment and Films Limited, announced a revision to a planned investment in Puja Casa A Limited, UK. Instead of the company directly investing up to GBP 4.4 million, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Modern Production FZ LLC (MPF) based in the UAE, will now undertake the investment, making Puja Casa A Limited a fellow subsidiary of Vashu Bhagnani Industries. The company’s 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 26, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, with a register of members closure from September 20 to September 26, 2026.
