Ameenji Rubber Limited names Kaushik Mehta CFO, re-appoints Lavanya and Associates LLP

Ameenji Rubber Limited appointed Mr. Kaushik Mehta as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 29, 2026, and re-appointed M/s Lavanya and Associates LLP as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The company’s board also approved increasing limits granted under various sections of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Board’s Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and scheduled its 20th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, to be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, while noting that no dividend was declared for the year ended March 31, 2026.
