TV Vision Limited’s creditors formed a committee to address the insolvency resolution process

TV Vision Limited, currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench — I, announced the formation of a Committee of Creditors (COC) on August 22, 2026, and scheduled its first meeting for Monday, August 31, 2026, at 12:30 P.M., as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
