Karnataka Bank sets September 15, 2026, as record date for potential dividend payment

Karnataka Bank Ltd. has fixed September 15, 2026, as the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The dividend payment, subject to shareholder approval at the bank’s 102nd Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026, will be effected on or after September 29, 2026.
