Sonalis Consumer Products Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, to consider and adopt the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, appoint a director in place of Sanjay Rajkumar Dua, appoint an Internal Auditor, fix the date for the Annual General Meeting, fix the cut-off date for voting, fix the date of book closure, approve the draft Notice convening the Annual General Meeting, and appoint Scrutinizers for e-voting facility.
