Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited’s board approved Rs 100 crore investment limit increase

Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board approved an increase in the overall limits for making investments, granting loans, giving guarantees or providing securities to Rs 100 crore under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, and approved an alteration of the Memorandum of Association to include business opportunities in the steel, thermal power, and renewable energy sectors, subject to member approval. The company’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
