Ritesh International re-appointed Ritesh Arora as Managing Director, pending member approval

Ritesh International Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ritesh Arora as Managing Director and Mr. Ritesh Arora for rotation, both subject to member approval, and revised the remuneration of Wholetime Director Mr. Rijul Arora, also pending member approval, following a board meeting held on August 29, 2026. The company also appointed CA Keshav Madaan as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and M/s Verma Khushwinder & Co. as Cost Auditor for the same period, while fixing the book closure from September 23, 2026, to September 28, 2026, and scheduling the Annual General Meeting for September 28, 2026, at its registered office in Punjab.
