CCME Global completes acquisition of Interlink Distribution LLC, plans stock split

CCME Global Limited, formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited, has undertaken significant corporate actions including preferential allotments of shares to facilitate the acquisition of Interlink Distribution LLC and related entities, with shareholders such as Mr. Mostafa Ahmed Kabir and Mr. Poonam Chaturvedi participating. The company is also planning a 1:10 stock split, reducing the face value of each share from INR 10 to INR 1, intended to enhance liquidity and broaden accessibility for smaller investors, with completion anticipated within the fiscal year 2026-2027. These moves, approved by the Board of Directors and compliant with SEBI regulations, reflect a period of substantial growth for the company, as demonstrated by the considerable number of shares issued and a consistent paid-up capital of INR 196,31,72,490 both before and after the planned split.
