Qualitek Labs shareholders will vote on executive reappointment and remuneration at AGM

Qualitek Labs Limited’s board of directors approved the draft notice for the company’s 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 25, 2026, in New Delhi, and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Antaryami Nayak as Managing Director and CEO, who retires by rotation. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s J Madan & Associates as the company’s Tax Auditor for the financial year 2026–27 and proposed an increase in the overall managerial remuneration limits from 28% to 35% of net profits, subject to member approval at the AGM.
