Tempsens Instruments will halt trading ahead of financial results announcement

Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close its trading window under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, starting Saturday, August 29, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
