Shareholders reappointed John K. Paul and appointed Paul Francis Kuttukaran to the board

Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd. announced that shareholders approved the reappointment of Mr. John K. Paul and the appointment of Mr. Paul Francis Kuttukaran as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director at the company’s 42nd Annual General Meeting held on August 28, 2026. Mr. Kuttukaran’s appointment is intended to maintain representation of all three promoter families on the board, following the cessation of Mr. Francis Kuttukaran Paul’s directorship on March 31, 2026.
