Hitachi Energy India seeks shareholder approval for transactions with related entities

Hitachi Energy India Limited announced that its board approved the issuance of a Postal Ballot Notice for shareholder approval of Material Related Party Transactions with Hitachi Energy Sweden AB, Hitachi Energy USA Inc., and Hitachi Energy Ltd., Switzerland, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 28, 2026.
