Jindal Leasefin appoints Asha Sukhadiya, re-appoints auditors, as Sachin Kharkia’s term ends

Jindal Leasefin Limited announced that Sachin Kharkia has completed his term as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairman/Member of the Board Committees, effective August 28, 2026. Simultaneously, the company appointed Asha Hardikkumar Sukhadiya as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a consecutive five-year term, subject to member approval, also effective August 29, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Parveen Rastogi & Co. as Secretarial Auditors and Mr. Suresh Chand Khandelwal as Internal Auditor, both for the financial year 2026-27.
