Muthoot Microfin approved issuance of Rs 250 crore in secured debentures through private placement

Muthoot Microfin Limited announced that its Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee approved the issuance of 250,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 250,00,00,000, through a private placement. The NCDs will have a tenure of 24 months, with a deemed date of allotment of September 8, 2026, and a maturity date of September 8, 2028, offering a coupon rate of 9.25% per annum, and will be listed on the BSE Limited.
