ECONO TRADE (INDIA) LIMITED announced that its Board of Directors approved the notice and agenda for the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM via video conferencing, and approved the Director’s Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also appointed Neha Poddar, Practicing Company Secretaries, as scrutinizer for conducting e-voting, and approved the reappointment of Mr. Abbas Mustufa Rupawala as a Non-executive non-independent director.
