I Power Solutions India schedules annual meeting for September 28, 2026, via video conference

I Power Solutions India Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026, through video conference, along with the annual report and book closure from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026. The board also appointed CDSL as e-voting intermediaries, Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates as scrutinizers, and redesignated Mr. Venugopalan Parandhaman from Executive Director to Non-executive Director, effective August 28, 2026.
