Excelsoft Technologies Canada Ltd. incorporated to expand operations in North American markets

Excelsoft Technologies Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Excelsoft Technologies Canada Ltd., in Canada on August 27, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The incorporation, approved by the company’s board of directors, is intended to facilitate Excelsoft Technologies Limited’s business operations and support its expansion in the Canadian and broader North American markets, with the new entity serving as a business development and sales hub and providing software development services. Mrs. Shruthi Sudhanva and Mr. Doreswamy Palaniswamy, directors of Excelsoft Technologies Limited, are also directors of the newly incorporated subsidiary, and the transaction is expected to be undertaken on an arm’s length basis.
