Cupid Limited plans a South African manufacturing venture for condoms, holding up to 49% equity

Cupid Limited announced that its board of directors has given in-principle approval to establish a manufacturing venture in South Africa with a South African partner to manufacture and supply male condoms and related products, with Cupid Limited proposing to hold up to 49% of the equity share capital.
