Hero MotoCorp’s Rs 1,758 crore investment boosts its Ather Energy stake to 32.8%

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. announced it has completed the purchase of 1,18,80,000 equity shares in Ather Energy Limited for a total consideration of approximately Rs 1,758 crore, increasing its shareholding in Ather to about 32.8% on a fully diluted basis.
